Honor Our July Manager of the Month: Amy N. – French Creek Self Storage
This month, we’re proud to recognize our July Employee of the Month: manager of French Creek Self Storage, Amy N.! Amy is a standout team member who brings both experience and heart to everything she does.
With a little under two years under her belt as manager of French Creek Self Storage and eight years of prior experience in the self-storage industry, she hit the ground running from day one. “I saw that the facility was a great opportunity,” she shared. “French Creek Self Storage is in a prime location, and I knew I could boost the revenue here.” And she’s followed through in a big way – most notably by maintaining an incredible 0% delinquency rate for more than six months. Her focus, consistency, and customer care truly set the bar.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Amy didn’t hesitate: “I love that the company rewards me for my achievements. I love that I have a great team, and we all work together to get things accomplished. And I really appreciate that I’m encouraged to ‘think like an owner’ when I bring ideas to the table for French Creek Self Storage.”
Her passion and leadership shine through in her daily work, and it’s clear she takes great pride in the success of the facility and the team around her.
Amy brings warmth and positivity to both her work life and home life. She’s a proud plant mom who loves gardening and treasures time spent with her granddaughter, who she absolutely adores.
