Celebrating Our February Employee of the Month: Matthew G. – Woodridge Mini Storage Manager
We’re thrilled to recognize Matthew G. as our February 2025 Employee of the Month!
Matthew has been with us for 2.5 years, bringing dedication, heart, and a whole lot of energy to everything he does. Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, Matthew moved back from Atlanta to be closer to his parents – and just in time for an opportunity with us that fit him perfectly. As he puts it, “Perfect timing!”
What makes Matthew stand out? His passion for people and his ability to both attract and retain customers in the busy, competitive market. “We are a family here,” Matthew says about Woodridge Mini Storage. “Everyone sets you up for success, and upper management really cares about you.” That sense of community and care shows up in the way he supports and connects with both his coworkers and customers.
Outside of work, Matthew is a proud husband and father to three grown kids, but they’ll always be his babies! When he’s not spending time with family, you can probably find him with a fishing pole in hand, ready to cast a line – “Did I mention I love to fish? LOL!”
And something especially inspiring: every month, Matthew hosts a financial literacy class for his nieces, nephews, and other family members – just one more example of how he leads with heart.
