November Manager of the Month – Osprey Storage Pueblo Manage
Join us to celebrate Lisa M. as our November manager of the month in this spotlight! Lisa manages 3 Osprey Storage facilities in Pueblo, CO and has been a key part of our team for nearly 4 years.
Lisa’s path into storage management came through a mix of experience, opportunity, and good connections. Prior to Osprey Storage, she was an Assistant General Manager and Director of Sales in the hotel industry. That experience taught her how to juggle the needs of guests, staff, and operations. These skills now shine through in her work managing multiple storage properties.
When we acquired B&F Mini Storage – now Osprey Storage Pueblo, Lisa made the jump and became part of our team. “I like the teamwork here,” she says. “Even though we all work in different places, we connect through [Microsoft] Teams. We’re not alone – we always have each other to lean on. I love the relationships I’ve built with the other facilities and the corporate office. Everyone is so caring and supportive.”
That sense of collaboration and community drives Lisa every day with her customer-first mindset. She takes great pride in helping tenants meet their storage needs while building real friendships along the way. Under her leadership, the Pueblo properties have seen increased occupancy and stronger tenant relationships.
Originally from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Lisa has called Pueblo home for the past 28 years, the same length of her marriage to her wonderful husband. Together they’ve raised three children: a 21-year-old in college and 18-year-old twins who are set to graduate in May 2026. Their household also includes two beloved pets: a black cat and a lively mini Australian Shepherd puppy who just turned one last month.
When Lisa isn’t managing her facilities, she enjoys working out, hanging out with her kids, and taking her pup for walks. And come football season, you’ll find her cheering on her favorite team – the Philadelphia Eagles – especially when they’re winning!
Lisa’s outlook on work and life captures her perfectly:
“Sometimes it’s not where you work – it’s who you work with that makes a job worth going to every day.”
That spirit of teamwork, connection, and care is what makes Lisa such a standout member of the Osprey Storage family. She embodies the kind of leadership and positivity that make our company culture thrive.
Congratulations, Lisa, on being featured in our November manager spotlight! Your warmth, professionalism, and dedication shine through in everything you do. We’re proud to have you leading the way in Pueblo.
