Osprey has the cheapest prices in town. When I first contacted Osprey Storage N.M. they let me know dates of move ins, how it’d work if I came on a weekend etc. They seemed a bit like I should just know what was going on.
However, I later had a phone call with Katie, and I was a bit short. I didn’t understand why money orders were accepted but not cash. That’s fine and we were able to get it worked out.
Come to find out, Katie runs more than just Osprey Storage N.M. So I understand now that she is really busy.
I came in to give the money order today and she explained what I can do and how the process would be smoother for me. My storage unit was clean. Though, they have a heavy work load, they still explained everything on the phone calls, as best and politely as they could each time.
So again, good prices for Mankato. God bless, thank you.”
