Recognizing Our May Employee of the Month: Aaron C. – Mountain Vista & Mountain Vista North Self Storage
Please join us in recognizing the efforts of Aaron C., our May 2025 Self Storage Employee of the Month, whose value for teamwork and passion for people has helped to reduce delinquencies in our Nevada storage portfolio.
Aaron joined the Osprey Storage team four months ago, seeking a better work environment and financial stability for his family and pets. He now manages operations at both Mountain Vista Mini Storage and Mountain Vista North Mini Storage in the Las Vegas and Henderson area.
What Aaron values most is the strong sense of teamwork you can find across the company—from the facilities to the corporate staff, no one works alone and everyone is willing to help if needed. He’s proud of how quickly he learned both of the facilities’ layouts and his tenant’s names. Since starting he’s been able to help reduce DQs and streamline operations to keep things running smoothly. His efforts have gotten the facilities back on a tight ship that runs efficiently.
Aaron is originally from Thousand Oaks, CA and moved to the Las Vegas area about ten and a half years ago. He has a committed girlfriend of nearly two years and together they have five children, as well as one dog and three cats. Together they thrive on Starbucks, sports (go Angels and Golden Knights!), and hanging out with their kids.
Aaron enjoys coaching girls’ middle school soccer, running, and reading books on crime and war. He’s even completed five half marathons, three in Las Vegas, one in Big Bear, and one in Santa Clarita. Of those five half marathons, he’s blown out his knee three times and did his own recovery each time—talk about commitment!
