September Manager of the Month – MRC Self Storage
This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Jennifer D.. She is the Facility Manager at MRC Self Storage in Big Spring, TX!
Jennifer has been part of the MRC family for nearly three years. In that time, she’s proven to be more than just a reliable team member, she’s certainly the kind of person who makes the whole workplace better.
Originally from Dallas, Jennifer has called Big Spring home for the last four years. She first heard about the opportunity at MRC from a family friend who knew she’d be a perfect fit. She loves working independently, helping people every day, and being surrounded by a team that she describes as “genuinely kind, helpful, and funny.”
Jennifer studied psychology for six years, which might explain her natural ability to connect with people. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with a book in hand (she’s read everything Kurt Vonnegut ever wrote!) or painting with oils, one of her favorite hobbies.
Family is a big part of Jennifer’s life. She’s the proud mom of three sons, ages 14, 22, and 24. Her family’s recently welcomed her very first grandchild, a beautiful baby girl who’s only three weeks old.
Jennifer’s dedication, positive energy, and genuine care for others make her an incredible asset to our team. We’re lucky to have her leading the way at our Big Spring location.
