Terms & Conditions
A $25.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Osprey Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one month’s storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices, and discounts are based on availability and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and the initial advertised rental period. Insurance coverage for stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite, but is not included in advertised prices. If a tenant does not provide proof of their own insurance coverage through SafeLease, they will be required to purchase one of the protection plan options offered through SafeLease. Additional requirements, restrictions, and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary. For full terms and conditions, refer to your lease or reach out to management.
